An encounter with the Amazonas, first date!

Puerto Nariño, Amazonas - Colombia

For me and the majority of the people, the only contact we've had with the jungle has been through the web, some videos or documentaries on famous channels. Since I was a child, I've heard about the jungle, about the animals that live there and the native people.

What is really amazing is the fact that with the technology we have today, the only alternative to feel the power of the jungle, is to live the moment yourself.

This year, I had the opportunity to visit the Amazonas. Going there is definitely one of the most incredible experiences I ever have had.

Now about those experiences... Since the first time you get in touch in the jungle you can feel the change. The jungle has the power to show you how the elements of the nature interact each other to share their components and live in armony. A sample of this are the rivers, specially the Amazon river. I think that the river has a kind of magic that creates an special effect on our senses. It's an opportunity that everyone deserve to live

One moment that every person should live is to see and feel a day with rain. There is a communion between the air, the clouds, the water, the river, the earth and the animals.

Everything around you is peaceful. You can stay close to a tree, or traveling on the river or stay indoors. No matter where you are, you have the opportunity to breath and live this moment.

The jungle has that esence that show us that there are things that are more important than the stressful things than happen during our days in the city.

While traveling in the Amazonas, you can share some moments with the native people, they are very kind and the children show up very happy every time they see a foreigner.

Although human beings have had an impact on almost all kind of enviroments, the jungle is perhaps one of the latest ecosystems that we can enjoy on the most clean and conserve manner.

Finally, I would like to go back to the Amazonas and I know I will do it. It's a place where we can stay far from the noise, from the problems, from the stress. It's not the typical place to go to drink and enjoy parties...

...the Amazonas It's the right place to understand what is the role that we have as human into the environment, It's the right place to feel peacefulness and get inspired to live in armony, It's what a paradise means.

En mi opinión, recomiendo Catán, Carcassonne, Munchkin y King of Tokio
